Expert Bio

Vasili Kukharchyk is the Chief of Party of USAID-funded BRAMA activity. He has served at Pact鈥檚 Belarus country program since 2010. Prior to joining Pact, Kukharchyk managed rule of law and legal reform projects at the ABA Rule of Law Initiative鈥檚 office in Belarus and Ukraine. Kukharchyk has also led UNDP鈥檚 project to promote the application of international human rights standards into the justice system of Belarus. He holds a law degree from Belarus State University and a Master鈥檚 degree in comparative constitutional law from the Central European University, Budapest.
