Expert Bio

Georgiy Kasianov is a professor at Maria Curie-Sk艂odowska University, Lublin, Poland. He is a past scholar of the Kennan Institute (2003) and the Fulbright Program (1995, 2019). He specializes in the history of Ukraine in the 19^th to 21^st centuries. His most recent book is Memory Crash: Politics of History in and around Ukraine, 1980s鈥�2010s (Budapest, Hungary: CEU Press, 2022).
