Georgiy Kasianov is a professor at Maria Curie-Sk艂odowska University, Lublin, Poland. He is a past scholar of the Kennan Institute (2003) and the Fulbright Program (1995, 2019). He specializes in the history of Ukraine in the 19th to 21st centuries. His most recent book is Memory Crash: Politics of History in and around Ukraine, 1980s鈥2010s (Budapest, Hungary: CEU Press, 2022).
